Born in 1998 and originally from Modica, Michele Spadaro is the executive chef at Pashà. Young and talented, he has achieved important milestones-including the EmergenteChef 2024 award-thanks to his creative cuisine that reinterprets the roots of Apulian tradition with modern techniques. Each of his dishes enhances local ingredients, combining authenticity and innovation.
Valentina Lenoci is the restaurant's pastry chef, appreciated for her attention to quality and local tradition. Her sweet creations, made with genuine ingredients and artisanal methods, reveal the typical taste of Apulian pastry.
