First steps as an intern at the then restaurant Giuda Ballerino (Michelin*), located inside the Hotel Bernini in Rome, to name a few of the experiences gained, followed by the restaurant Pipero al Rex (Michelin *) and other renowned Capitoline restaurants, and then moved to Lugano before moving to the Hotel Son Claré in Mallorca restaurant Zaranda (Michelin **). Upon returning to Italy he moved to Tuscany working within the Tenimenti Luigi d'Alessandro winery in the osteria Creta (Chef Luigi Nastri, Michelin *); he then followed the management of 3 restaurants in the Veneto region, before returning to his hometown of Tivoli to open together with his partner Isabella Capriotti (Maitré and Sommelier AIS) their NUH contemporary osteria.

We believe in catering made of sustainability, raw materials, memory and research; consequently we work in the service of nature, with seasonal menus. Products are wisely processed following the respect for them and the tradition of preparations, trying to use all the raw material, eleminating the "waste".

The Restaurant
An Osteria with asustainable and dynamic soul. The restaurant reflects our idea of hospitality and conviviality, a meeting place for tasting excellent wines, the list consists of about 200 labels, accompanied separately by a list of spirits (passiti, bitters whiskey, gin, rum, grappa,marsala, etc.) ; both of selection and constantly updated.
