Iodine is not the "classic" Roman seafood restaurant, it definitely goes outside the standard canons. The basic menu has classic dishes, slightly revisited without exaggeration. The protagonist is essentially the fish, the raw material, no frills. Then they focus on raw seafood, where they can always offer a huge variety: almonds, sea truffles, hairy mussels, cobs, cannolicchi, fasolari. It is a menu that varies often, both because of the flair of the owners, who like to constantly put themselves back in the game with new experiments and creations, but above all because of the absolute respect for seasonality and what the sea gives day by day. The fish arrives daily from Ittica Urbano and then a few stops at CAR in Fiumicino. The wine list is remarkable, ranging from Italian labels to prestigious foreign wineries.
