A whole new project has arrived in Rome.
It is the one created by a group of practitioners from the
catering and Apulian producers who have
been able to spot in the Prati neighborhood in Rome a
Strong Apulian identity. The heel print of the
boot immediately found a way to express itself.
at the venue in Belfiore Martyrs’ Square.
As many as 6 street windows and an outdoor area surrounding
the sign embellished with the illuminations typical of the
village festivals in Apulia.

A whole new project has arrived in Rome.
It is the one created by a group of restaurants and producers from Puglia who have been able to spot in the Prati district in Rome a Strong Apulian identity. The heel print of the boot immediately found a way to express itself
at the venue in Piazza dei Martiri di Belfiore.
As many as 6 storefronts on the street and a dehors surrounding the sign embellished with the illuminations typical of village festivals in Puglia.

I attended the hotel school in Canosa di Puglia, subsequently I had my first work experience of three years in the restaurant of Antonio Di Nunno, who in addition to being an excellent teacher on a professional level was a master of life by forming in me the character and grit needed in this profession. In the following years I had several experiences in different restaurants that formed me and gave me the right experience to start new projects.

The Menu.

The kitchen, open from Monday to Friday, offers lunchtime dishes of the day with 3 appetizers, 3 first courses and 3 main courses, strictly marked on the blackboard at the entrance and designed by the team in the kitchen with young Chef Sandro Vitanostra.

The Massari is therefore A space where true Apulian authenticity is expressed in all its forms in a formula All day long from breakfast through dinner, via the snack that becomes the Aperitivo di Masseria, every day starting at 4:30 p.m. until 8 p.m. for a true glimpse with a view of Puglia.

In the heart of Rome a new all-Pugliese flavor

The design inside is minimal but warm just like in Masseria: terracotta plates, wooden tables and small travertine stone niches in which to store and display jarred products (all for sale) make this a town farmhouse with 30 indoor and as many as 50 outdoor covers. I Massari is a one-way trip to Puglia, a journey that begins at breakfast (starting at 7:00 a.m.) where every morning the following are displayed on the counter local delicacies such as cream and black cherry pasticciotti, almond cookies and more.
