He entered the restaurant business almost by accident, to provide an additional service to his playful activity. There he discovered the world of pizzerias, which would turn his life upside down in a few years. His passion for pizzerias grew until it prompted him to start the Giotto project.

The Menu
our menu is the child of a work done by 4 hands. The search for the authentic flavors of the wonderful Apulian territory is intertwined with sought-after and distant flavors. Thus find place the Orecchiette with Primitivo and turnip cream, but also Black angus and patanegra. Gourmet pizzas welcome Capocollo dop di Martina Franca or Norwegian salmon cut sashimi with passion fruit. A sensory journey of tastes and aromas to amaze and surprise the palate.

The Restaurant
The Giotto project was born from Marco and Michele's desire to create a meeting place between art and taste, to offer the city of Bari the first true Gourmet pizzeria. A unique place that would make pizza the absolute protagonist, with 9 doughs always available and endless flavor combinations. After 7 years since opening, they decided to aim even higher, flanking pizza with high quality cuisine and a drink offering on par with the finest lounge bars. With this new ambition, the new Giotto was born, in a larger and more spacious location, with a modern and elegant look and an all-around offer.
