Luciano Cucina Italiana is an inclusive project and lives to democratize quality cuisine so that it does not have to be accessible only to a small number of people. It is a proposal that wishes to bridge the gap between haute cuisine, whose techniques it recovers, and popular cuisine, whose recipes it codifies by eliminating their flaws.

Luciano Monosilio

One of the youngest Italian chefs to be awarded the prestigious Michelin star at only 27 years old. After more than a decade of experience in Italy's best kitchens, he opened his restaurant with pasta factory in the center of Rome with the intention of telling the story of Italy's regional gastronomic scene declined in a modern key.

The Menu

We do the honors of our city starting with local recipes. The menu rotates seasonally but some dishes cannot be missed, such as Cacio e Pepe, Amatriciana and of course the Signature Carbonara by Luciano Monosilio whose popularity precedes us.

We take care to enhance all the riches of the territory, from north to south, selecting the best raw materials that our brigade, brilliantly coordinated by Alessio, carefully works from the open kitchen. Our director Antonio together with all our guys in the dining room will make you feel at home by recommending the best pairings from a constantly evolving wine list, between small producers and great certainties..

It is possible to reserve a table inside the restaurant, in our Pastificio Lab or in the large Dehors in front of the entrance to the square that we recently redeveloped and pedestrianized on behalf of the City of Rome.
