In 2026, the Italian hospitality calendar will see two key events in Bari, both hosted at the Nuova Fiera del Levante: Levante PROF and Splash Expo. Two different but complementary events that tell the evolution of the Horeca sector between innovation, sustainability and service culture. In this context, the presence of Acqua Orsini and Orsini Soda fits in with an articulated project, designed to dialogue with professionals, operators and the specialized public.
During Levante PROF 2026, Acqua Orsini and Orsini Soda will be featured with a multi-brand booth designed as a space for relationship and discovery. Here the brand will present its lines dedicated to catering and professional service, emphasizing design, the quality of the oligomineral water and the attention to production sustainability. The booth will become a meeting point for chefs, horeca operators and distributors, offering a concrete narrative of the brand’s positioning in the contemporary foodservice world.

If Levante PROF represents the institutional and commercial moment, Splash 2026 will instead be the experiential stage. On this occasion Acqua Orsini will again be the official water of the event, confirming its role as a natural partner for the hospitality and beverage sector. The presence will be completed with a project dedicated to Orsini Soda, which will take shape in an Orsini Soda Bar conceived as a space for experimentation and meeting between professionals.
The bar will host three takeovers signed by bartenders and realities of reference in the sector, which will be announced soon. Each takeover will be conceived as a narrative and educational moment, with dedicated drink lists and a focus on the use of soda as an ingredient capable of enhancing aromas, balances and identity in the glass. Not only tasting then, but also storytelling of vision, technique and creativity.

At the Orsini Soda booth, the public will also have the opportunity to discover and taste a preview of the new Limited Edition Spicy Watermelon, a proposal designed to surprise and stimulate the curiosity of industry professionals and enthusiasts. An invitation to be surprised by an unprecedented interpretation of soda, combining freshness, character and innovative spirit.
The joint participation in the two events reflects a clear strategy: to preside over both the business and networking moment and the experiential and cultural moment of the sector. Bari and the Fiera del Levante thus become a natural hub to tell the Orsini project as a whole, combining water, soda and service in a contemporary vision of hospitality.
