For the fourth consecutive year, Acqua Orsini is proud to be main partner of Vinòforum, one of the most important and prestigious wine and food events in Italy, now in its 23rd edition.
Vinòforum is a unique event dedicated to the world of wine, quality food and mixology, which each year transforms Rome into an international stage for producers, chefs and bartenders. In the beautiful setting of Villa Borghese, from September 8 to 14, 2025, more than 800 wineries, 60 restaurants, temporary restaurants and gourmet spaces come together to celebrate food and wine excellence, with tastings, master classes and exclusive experiences open to professionals and enthusiasts.
At the center of Acqua Orsini’s participation, the special project “Gocce di Eccellenza,” the temporary restaurant signed Acqua Orsini and Orsini Soda, returns for the third consecutive year, created to give space and voice to visionary chefs and bartenders from all over Italy who share values such as quality, sustainability and authenticity.

A tale that comes to life on stage
To accompany and enrich the live showcooking and mixology experience, we will have as host our partner Andrea Febo, food and wine journalist, storyteller and voice of Radio Food. With his experience in narrating the world of food and catering he will guide the audience to discover the menus and drinklists created for each event, turning each evening into a choral tale of taste, talent and creativity.
