The project is the brainchild of Chiara Spalluto, master ice cream maker and pastry-chef, with the goal of bringing to the Adriatic Riviera a reference point for those seeking authentic, technical and ever-evolving taste experiences.

The name "Vittoria" is a tribute to tradition and family, but also a statement of intent: to offer customers a superior quality experience every day through selected ingredients, artisanal processing and continuous creative research. The ice cream shop, which operates year-round, is renewed each season with collections of flavors, single-portions and plate desserts, combining the precision of pastry with the freshness of ice cream.

Chiara Spalluto

A professional and trainer, Chiara Spalluto is the creative heart of Gelateria Vittoria. With a technical background that blends pastry, ice cream making and business management, Chiara has developed a personal style that focuses on raw materials, seasonality andlocal identity.

Its philosophy is based on a balance between technical rigor and emotional storytelling: each dessert is created to surprise, to tell, to excite. From sheep's ricotta with Apulian coriander honey to Toritto almonds and yeast products, everything is designed to enhance the supply chain and customer experience.

In addition to day-to-day production, Chiara is also involved in digital formats, training, consulting, planning culinary events, and developing new product lines, such as seasonal collections or "over-the-counter" desserts.
