Niccolò Amadori

Born in 2001, Niccolò Amadori is one of the emerging talents of Italian mixology. He started at a very young age in his family's bar in Cervia, then trained at Ceresio 7 in Milan and continued his professional growth between Sydney (Bar Conte) and New York, where he collaborates with leading names such as Nico de Soto and Takuma Watanabe. Today he is Bar Manager at Alto Rooftop, where he offers a mixology that combines technique, international vision and Italian roots.
