Information on the processing of personal data

The legal basis of the processing is identified ex art. 6 GDPR in the necessity of the use of the data to the performance of the contract to which the data subject is a party or the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the same.

Your personal data are acquired by SIR S.P.A. and will be processed and stored with the support of IT means and the adoption of appropriate organizational and technical procedures to protect the data against loss, theft, as well as unauthorized use, disclosure or modification (respecting the requirements of the former Article 32 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

They will also be retained until the requested service is completed and may be communicated to the relevant offices if it is due for administrative requirements of the law.

Personal data are not subjected to automated processes, such as profiling.

Personal data are not processed for purposes other than those for which they were collected.

At any time you have the opportunity to verify the accuracy of the records made on your behalf, to correct any inaccuracies, or to request their deletion.
If he/she perceives harm to his/her person by reason of the data processing, he/she has the right to appeal to the Privacy Guarantor.
