Acqua Orsini will be the official water of the new edition of Excellence, one of the most prestigious Italian events in the field of catering and food and wine innovation, to be held from November 14 to 16 at the Olympic Stadium in Rome. This will be the second consecutive participation for Acqua Orsini, strengthening the link between the Apulian brand and the important event dedicated to the enhancement of Made in Italy excellence and the evolution of the Italian gastronomic industry.
Excellence is an event that brings together star chefs, food and wine experts, producers, and industry entrepreneurs to explore new frontiers of taste, creativity, and sustainability. This year, Rome’s Olympic Stadium will be the setting for the many activities that will enliven the event, such as show cooking, master classes, tastings, and meetings with the protagonists of Italian and international gastronomy.

Among the planned activities will be 2 chefs from the “Drops of Excellence” community:
- Ciro Cucciniello of “Carter Oblio” restaurant along with chef Leonardo Malgarini of “Casa Malgarini” both in Rome on Friday 15 at 1:30 p.m. hours, and
- Luigi Gentile, master pizzaiolo of the renowned pizzeria “Cirasella” in Monopoli, together with an exceptional chef for a culinary experience “a quattro mani.” This collaboration represents a moment of encounter between tradition and innovation, where Apulian cuisine will join that of another great chef, resulting in a unique combination of flavors and techniques.
