We are pleased to announce the participation of Acqua Orsini and Orsini Soda in the next edition of the CULTURAL Festival.
The CULTURAL Festival 2024, Apulian edition, will be held in Trani October 12-14 at the striking Ex Monastery of Santa Maria di Colonna. This edition continues to celebrate the excellence of Italian food and wine, with a special focus on masterclasses, tastings and meetings dedicated to the world of food and drink.
After successful stops in Paris, Montegrosso (Andria) and Matera, CULTURAL lands in Puglia’s gastronomic capital to celebrate its 10th anniversary. This milestone represents ten years of dedication and commitment to safeguarding agrifood biodiversity and promoting environmental sustainability, using food as a universal language that unites different cultures and celebrates the richness of our planet.
During the festival, there will be 42 master classes ranging from signature cuisine to gourmet pizza, via mixology and pastry. The event will also feature tastings of high-quality wines, oils, beers, cheeses and spirits, as well as numerous areas dedicated to local producers and innovations in the food industry.

Also in this edition, our Drop of Excellence, chef Luigi Gentile, who with his gastronomic project continues to enhance the unique flavors of Puglia, will be the star of the festival. Founder of the renowned Cirasella restaurant in Monopoli, Luigi Gentile embodies the values of tradition and innovation, offering a cuisine that rewrites the rules of gourmet pizza with passion and creativity.
Orsini Soda will bring an extra touch to the event with a special collaboration: Giacomo Fiume, founder of The World of Distillery, will be present for an exclusive pairing highlighting the influence of Italian distilling tradition combined with modern innovation. Fiume, celebrated for his creative approach to mixology, will guide attendees through an unforgettable sensory experience for visitors.
The masterclass with Luigi Gentile and Giacomo Fiume is scheduled for Monday, October 14 at 12 noon. It will be an unmissable opportunity to discover how haute cuisine and the art of blending can merge into a single experience.
In addition, during the festival, our presence will be enhanced by numerous masterclasses and moments dedicated to deepening the culinary and blending arts, highlighting Acqua Orsini and Orsini Soda’s focus on quality and sustainability.
Admission to the event is free, subject to mandatory registration, and will be an unmissable opportunity to discover the best of Italian cuisine and the beverage sector, all in a breathtaking location such as the Monastery of Colonna, overlooking the Adriatic coast.
